Booking Policy
Ts&Cs: International Cards 4% VISA surcharge. ZAR payments is only accepted in cash. BOOKING POLICY 50% of the fee to be received within 48 hours from date of invoice to confirm booking. If not, reservation shall be released without prior notice. 50% balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival date. 25% of fee for cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival. 100% of fee for cancellation less then 30 days prior to arrival. LAUNCHES will only be REFUNDED if BACK TO BASICS cancel the launch. NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELATIONS ARE CHARGED 100%.
